Commencement Videotape

Do not miss the memories! A professionally produced CD is available through the
Security Office.  Please contact 2797-5175 to reserve one.

Guest Decorum

All guests as well as graduating students are expected to remain seated while in the hall.  Excessive noise and whistling, while an expression of joy for some guests, deprives other parents of hearing the names of their sons/daughters while advancing to the stage in a moment long-awaited. This recurrent complaint by parents is a source of frustration, as you can imagine, for anyone going through it.  Please help us to make sure that all parts of this memorable evening are dignified and proceed smoothly.

Please do not hesitate to contact the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs 2797-5141 for more information, or to contact me personally if I can be of any help.

Part1                           : 8-9 pm

Reception for parents    : 8-8:45 pm

Part 2                          : 9-10 pm

Sincerely,

Dr.Ashraf El Fiqi

Vice President for Student Affairs
