| Graduation Announcement |

| Undergraduate Students who are expected to graduate in the Summer Session 2008 are required to do the following: |

Access the web page of the University Registrar (student.aucegypt.edu) to fill out the “Graduation Application” form. -
Click on “Graduation” section and navigate through the “ Graduation Information” section. We strongly recommend that you acquaint yourself with this section. -
Follow the steps indicated for processing and submitting the “Graduation Application” form. |

| This service will be available starting Tuesday July 1, 2008 through Sunday July 6, 2008. Students who do not complete the procedure indicated on the application form will have their names deleted from the Summer 2008 graduation list. |

| Note: We would like to stress the fact that you should submit the stamped application form with a photocopy of your National I.D. OR Passport to Ms.Hoda Saad, Degree Audit Unit, at the Office of the University Registrar, from 10:00 - 2:00 p.m. during the above mentioned period. The form will not be accepted without a copy of the identification document mentioned above.
All students who are graduating Summer Session 2008 are entitled to FREE documents which consist of Graduation Certificates One in Arabic & One in English.
Delivery will be two weeks after the final examination date of the Summer Session 2008.
