| Graduation/Commencement |
| |
| If you are a candidate for a Bachelor or Masters degree for the Spring 2008 graduation, two issues should be your concern at this stage: -
Completion of program requirements -
Application for Graduation |
|
-
Completion of program requirements |
| You should be able to verify for yourself that you completed the program requirements for your major. Please check the “Degree Audit” section on “Web for Students” to ensure your completion of requirements. Make sure that your current registration in your final semester at AUC meets with these requirements. Once this step is completed, you will be eligible to apply for graduation. |

-
Application for Graduation |
| You should follow the steps listed below in order to apply for graduation: |
-
Check your name on the list of students who are expected to graduate (Undergraduates only). If your name is not on the list, report to Ms. Avierino, Associate Registrar, room 136. -
Fill out the "Graduation Application" form. -
Candidates for the MA, MBA, MPA, MSC degrees should proceed directly to fill out the "Graduation Application" form without referring to a list of names. -
Follow the instructions listed on the “Graduation Application” form. -
Make sure that "The Name you fill to be called in the Graduation Ceremony" is "actually" the one you really want, because any change during the rehearsal is not convenient to handle and hinders the Registrar's staff to proceed with their responsibilities within a tight and compressed schedule. |
|
| Financial Obligation |
|
| You should make sure that you do not have any outstanding tuition/fees during your graduation semester. Please refer to your “Account Summary” on “Web for Students”, in case you have any inquiry regarding your account, refer to the accounts office room 155 Main campus. Transcripts and graduation certificates/Diplomas will be placed on hold if you do not settle your outstanding tuition/fees. |
