| How are my tuition fees calculated? |
|
| The amount due is calculated based on your early registration load per credit hour. If you plan to change your course load, please contact the student accounting services office (room 155M). No information will be provided by phone. |

| Where and how can I pay? |
|
| You can use one of the following options: |

Pay in cash to any branch of The Commercial International Bank (CIB) except AUC Branch. -
Pay a certified check or a bank draft to CIB AUC branch. -
Instruct your bank to transfer the amount due to AUC’s CIB account:

| When should I pay? |
|
| You can pay from the date of receiving your bill up to and including January 31, 2008. |
|
| Can I pay after the deadline? |
|
| You can pay from 1 to 7 February with a late fee of $170 for non-Egyptian students or LE 990 for Egyptian students. |
|
| Can I pay after February 7? |
|
| NO, students will not be allowed to pay after February 7. |
|
|
| If I have a scholarship, fellowship or if I am a sponsored student, what should I do? |
|
| Refer to the Office of Student Financial Affairs (room 163A) no later than January 31, 2008. |
|
| Is there a way to defer payment of my tuition fees? |
|
| Refer to the student service center SSC (fountain area) and fill in a form requesting
deferment of payment. |
